These terms explain how you can use Streatflow, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users.

1) Acceptance
By accessing or using Streatflow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2) Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your organisation account.
3) Subscriptions & billing
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Trials (if offered) provide temporary access and may require upgrade after the trial ends.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices may change; we’ll provide notice where required.

4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activities or to violate regulations.
- Attempt to access other users’ data without permission.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload malware or abusive content.
5) Your content
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Streatflow (e.g. bookings, invoices, documents). You grant us permission to process that data only to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any customer or staff data you store in the Service.
6) Availability
We aim to keep Streatflow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may occur.
7) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streatflow is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits, lost opportunities).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll provide notice where reasonable.
